Details
Mazatlan, 1931, a watercolor painting by Hardie Gramatky. This painting is available as a fine art giclée print on premium watercolor paper. Museum quality wall art and home décor by California Watercolor.
"This was one of Mom's favorite paintings, and it hung in her home for the 22 years after Dad's death. It was painted while they were both at Chouinard Art School in Los Angeles (she was Dorothea Cooke at the time) and Dad made a solo trip down to Mexico, and he gave her this painting while they were dating. My parents married in 1932."
