A California art print on Arches watercolor paper. 100% archival, and printed in HD.

"My dad discovered this magnificent old house that seemed so lonely. In fact, his first title was `This Old House', long before the TV series. It was just off the highway in Newington, CT, and was about to be torn down. Just as Dad had given the tugboat Little Toot personality back in 1939, he personified this house as saying `Please don't forget me!' In this painting, a wonderful old mansion that was once full of life, children and activity is remembered." The painting was given to my husband and me for our wedding gift in 1967 and was exhibited at Fairfield University, at a Gramercy Art Club exhibit and at the Bergen Museum of Art & Science."
