Amusing the Ladies, 1939, a watercolor painting by James Hollins Patrick. This painting is available as a fine art giclée print on premium watercolor paper. Museum quality wall art and home décor by California Watercolor.
One of my vague memories of my early childhood is going to the circus. I think my dad loved it as much as I did. After his death his father took me there as well, and I have a very vivid remembrance of a lion in his cage urinating on me. I thought it was warm rain, and grandpa got a healthy laugh over it. After that I always wanted to go and especially see the lions.
