"Painted for Fortune magazine when Dad had an assignment as a pictorial reporter. He was down there in February 1937 and this was a home in Paducah, the home of Mr. Reeves from People's Bank, my father noted in his datebook." It was exhibited in the Ferargil Galleries in March 1937.
