Biography: Joseph Weisman (1907-1994) Born: Schenectady, NY; Studied: Chouinard Art Institute (Los Angeles); Member: California Water Color Society. Joseph Weisman moved to California in the 1920s and studied watercolor painting with Clarence Hinkle, Barse Miller and Millard Sheets.
