An original watercolor by Hardie Gramatky titled Farm Visitors, (Westport), 1971. This painting is also available as a fine art print on Arches watercolor paper. 100% archival, and printed in HD.

"This wonderful Wallace Farm in Ridgefield, Connecticut, was used as a place for an artist `paint-out' in the July 1972 issue of American Artist magazine. It is fascinating to read this cover story to see what techniques the different artists from the Fairfield Watercolor Group - started by Dad, Stevan Dohanos and Walter DuBois Richards in 1948 and still going 56 years later -- used and how the final results differed dramatically. Of course, I think Dad's watercolor was the best! " This painting was shown in the Bergen Museum of Art & Science and Westport Art Center exhibits in 1989 and 1991.
