"Dad painted a wonderful, large 18x26" watercolor called `Bantry Bay' and this was the last detailed sketch of it. Unfortunately, in the 90s the larger painting was on loan to an art dealer ("Not for Sale") and it was lost. Having this wonderful sketch makes it easier to take the loss, and perhaps one day the final painting will turn up somewhere. My parents loved Bantry Bay and visited there a few times. There is a gicle of another wonderful Bantry Bay painting, `Old and the New', on this site."
