About Stanley Long

Stanley Long (1892 - 1972) Born: Oakland, CA; Studied: California School of Fine Arts (San Francisco), Academie Julian (Paris)/ Member: Society of Western Artists. Stanley Long grew up on a horse ranch in Napa County. After studying art in San Francisco, he received a scholarship to further California, he began producing watercolors of Western life and taught art for nearly twenty years.   (Read More)
