About Louis Hughes

Louis Hughes (1893-1973) Born: Oklahoma. Louis Hughes was a commercial artist in Northern California during the 1930s and 1940s and a resident of San Francisco. He and his cousin, Willard Cox, took painting excursions with Maurice Logan and Louis Siegriest and in the 1930s, exhibited with the Thirteen Watercolorists.   (Read More)
