More About This Painting
"When my parents were out in California for the WWII years, there were lots of patriotic citizens growing their own vegetables. I think Dad loved the color and sense of order in these particular gardens, probably in the San Fernando valley. The painting was shown in a retrospective exhibit of Dad’s work in 1989 at the Stary-Sheets Art Gallery."
