More About This Painting
"During my dad's years as an illustrator, he painted this landscape of Scotland that is so beautiful. By the time the painting appeared in magazines all over the country, there was a bottle of Gilbey's Scotch and a man pasted over the reproduction of `Spey River Valley'. Apparently there are more distilleries in Spayside, once considered part of the Highlands, that it is now considered a region all by itself in northeast Scotland.
