More About This Painting

"Dad described this favorite painting of mine as `from porch for my class'. In March 1945, my parents and I were ending a two-year stay in California during the war when Dad did training films for the U.S. government under Captain Ronald Reagan. They lived in the Silver Hills district. This painting was in `Regionalism: the California View' exhibit at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art in 1988 and the Bergen Museum of Art & Science in 1989."
