About Gunnar Widforss
| Gunnar Widforss (1879 - 1934) Born and trained in Stockholm, Sweden, Gunnar Widforss became a famous painter specializing in American National Park landscapes. He had art training in Sweden where he studied mural painting at the Institute of Technology from 1896 to 1900. From 1905 to 1908, he toured the United States, and returning to Sweden until 1921, had a popular audience for his work including European royalty. (Read More) |
