Ruth Powers Ortlieb (1893-1982) Born: Riverside, CA; Studied: San Diego State College, Claremont College (California); Member: San Diego Moderns. Ruth Powers Ortlieb grew up in San Diego and began exhibiting in the late 1920s. She was a student of Millard Sheets and an active member of the San Diego art community.Biographical information:
