Louis Macouillard (1913-1987) Born: San Francisco, CA; Studied: California College of Arts and Crafts (Oakland), Art Students League (New York). Louis Macouillard’s paintings from the 1930s through the 1950s depict local cityscape scenes of the Bay Area. He exhibited them with the Thirteen Watercolorists group at local art galleries and in annual museum shows.
