Burr Singer (1912-1992) Born: St. Louis, MO; Studied: St. Louis School of Fine Art, Chicago Art Institute, Art Students League (New York); Member: California Water Color Society. After studying art in St. Louis, Chicago and New York, Burr Singer went to Taos, New Mexico for several years and studied privately with Walter Ufer.
