Ben Carré

Ben Carré (1883-1978) Born: Paris, France; Member: Painters and Sculptors Club (Los Angeles). Ben Carré was an art director in the motion picture industry in Hollywood. He came to southern California in 1912 and by the 1930’s was painting and exhibiting watercolors depicting regional cityscape scenes of Los Angeles.
